John Dooley, president of Choice Ballast Solutions, participated in a two-part workshop that was attended by delegates of the BWM Summit at Posidonia. The workshops included, BWMS Retrofit Challenges by Argo Navis and Dooley presented, Risk-based Decision Making & Compliance Assurance for Shipowners. This one hour session focused on case studies of risk in ballast water management system selection, planning and integration engineering as well as USCG & EPA compliance requirements.
